Welcome to RPIntDB

- A database of known RNA-protein interactions from several sources including PDB, NPInter and high throughput experiments published in literature. RPIntDB was developed as a component of the RPISeq server.

Submit a protein sequence and a threshold value (e-value for blast) to obtain a list of similar proteins and their known interacting RNAs.
